Our story

Beyond Dental opened in Panavila, Thiruvananthapuram in June 2026 with a simple aim: bring surgical and aesthetic dentistry under one roof, so patients do not get sent from clinic to clinic. It is led by Dr. Tasneem Shah, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon with a fellowship in implantology.

Dr. Tasneem Shah founded Beyond Dental to bring surgical and aesthetic dentistry under one roof in Thiruvananthapuram. An oral and maxillofacial surgeon with a fellowship in implantology, she works across implants, smile design and full-mouth rehabilitation, and plans each case digitally so patients can see what is proposed before treatment begins.

Our approach. Every plan is digital. We use an intraoral camera and scanner so you can see what we see and understand the plan before you agree to it. We keep treatment gentle, offer same-day care where it is clinically appropriate, and explain cost before we start. Patients tell us the thing they value most is the patience to listen.

What we do not do. Facial aesthetic procedures such as Botox, lip fillers and facial lifts are not offered here.
